ANCHORING GRATITUDE

When gratitude is the solid foundation of your reality, when it is the ballast of your vessel, then nothing in this lifetime can fool you into running towards it any longer. Whatever you run towards shall forever seem out of reach. Whatever you are grateful for having can’t seem to avoid running into you.

Feel the safety and solidity of these words anchored in gratitude now, how unshakable gratitude is at its core. The more you purposefully evoke gratitude, even when your mind tells you there’s nothing to be grateful for, the more of your Divinity is revealed to you. No matter how your mind interprets your present circumstances, your heart knows that gratitude is always the wisest and most helpful response. No matter the present condition of your physical, emotional, or energetic body, gratitude offered freely and without attachment to outcome is the balm of true surrendered relief.

The only reason that you live a life that you resent on some level is to give you the opportunity to practice radical gratitude, to wisely receive life exactly as it is and signal to the universe that you trust its deeper creative intelligence. To resent is to wish to re-send what has been given without fully opening to it. To resent is to assume that what is is a curse and not a gift. So if you choose to receive, fully receive what you previously resented, then your heart will know peace, and higher creations will flow to it in due course. It is only your need for higher creations to be here before they are that impedes their flow into your reality. When your sense of self is no longer based in needing something better to be here, something better magically arrives.

Dare to receive your worst nightmare, and it will swiftly clear the space for your highest dreams to be unveiled. Thank all setbacks, all unsavory characters, all failures, all deficits, all misfortunes, for helping you to be the most grateful version of yourself, the version of yourself that is not uprooted by either success or failure, comings or goings, birth or death. Dare to receive life as it is, and all of a sudden life is precisely as it should be.

Affirmation to anchor radical gratitude:

“I only have things in my life that I resent so I can learn to receive them fully as precious gifts. May all things that do not match my preferences, needs, wants, and desires be graciously and tenderly received now, as a gift to my heart, and as a way of sending a message to the universe: I am ready to be gifted. And so I am gifted. And so it is.”
